I shopped and shopped. Then my sister shopped and shopped. One of us stumbled on this cover under electronics, of all places. No worries about a hinge cracking the Kindle, nice tight fit, plenty of protection, embedded magnetic closure is a plus. Great product.

After looking at many different Kindle 2 covers I finally decided on this one. I received it today and really like it. It is very well made, the stitching seems tight with no loose threads. It fits the kindle nicely and the stand works great. I have not problems accessing any of the buttons on the kindle. The magnetic closures really do keep the cover closed. The magnet that keeps the stand closed works very well too (this was a concern of mine). It does not add much additional size to the kindle. All in all I would defiantly recommend this product.

I am on Kindle #3. My Amazon Kindle cover broke my first Kindle and my second Kindle was damaged because I had no cover, so I am DETERMINED to protect my latest (and hopefully last) Kindle. I think this case is almost perfect (really 4.5 stars). It protects my Kindle without those hooks that broke my first one, the cover fits securely so my Kindle never slips out, AND I can wash the dishes while reading thanks to the stand! I love it! My only nitpick? It is pleather which does not have the depth that real leather has (- 1/2 star). Also, when the pleather gets a nick in it, the material beneath is bright white which is a high contrast to the two colors the cover is available in: red and black . The black case may look a little more expensive; I got the red because I carry way to much junk in my purse and this makes my Kindle easy to find. I have a friend with a M-edge cover, and although that product has much cooler color options, those black elastic straps the cover uses to hold the Kindle in look chintzy, especially when contrasted with the more expensive look of the M-edge cover. I really do believe this is the best Kindle cover available (although I would probably have been willing to pay a little more for real leather).

Just what I needed to make reading from my Kindle less stressful. With the “flap” I can read without bending my neck and without finding something to “prop” the Kindle up. You can prop it up on your leg, if read on your side in bed it is the best. You can hold it in one hand just click the next page button, without putting the Kindle down. Awesome tool!

My sister shopped, shopped and shopped some more for a kindle case, and finally decided on this one. After receiving my kindle as a gift, I soon realized I wanted to take it everywhere and needed to keep it protected. Following sis’s advice(I always regret it when I don’t!!)this is the case I bought. I think it’s the best case there is. It looks great, has lots of great features, and best of all, I feel like my kindle is snug and safe, wherever I take it. The only thing I wish is that it was available in more colors. Bottom line, buy this case, it’s the best one out there for the money, you’ll love it !!
