Cautions:1If any malfunction or breakdown occurs, please refer below solutions to solve problems.

2Before solving the problems, make sure to turn off the power to avoid possible damage.

3if your problem is not found in below lists, please contact with your local distributor and never try to disassemble it by yourself.

4If the ball is jammed, the robot will keep repositioning to its default center origin position.

5.Because the ball service robot is automatically control with the computer, so when the robot power is on you must not to turn or alter the head position of ball service robot directly with the hand, otherwise will cause the gear trouble or damage the robot.

Turn off the power first! then remove the transparent cap and measure the diameter of the ball. Do not use the ball deformed, squished or wrongly size (not standard 40mm ball) to avoid jamming

The transparent cap is not tightly covered

There is not any ball on the ball tray because the ball is jammed in the left/right ball track
