| Problem | Cause
| Solution |
ROBOT | A. | System fails to start |
| Power is not turned on | Service tray is jammed | Remote control is too far from the system or there is an obstacle in between
| | No power | Failure of remote control |
| | Check to see if the power cord is plugged
| | Please refer to solution B | Shorten the distance of remote controller or move away the obstacle. If this does not work out, the system or remote control ler could be failed. (Please contact with your local distributor)
| | Replace with a new fuse | | Please refer to solution D |
|
| B. | Ball service tray is jammed with balls (Buzzer beeps) | 1. | Jammed with balls or other objects | | Turn off the power first! then remove the transparent cap and measure the diameter of the ball. Do not use the ball deformed, squished or wrongly size (not standard 40mm ball) to avoid jamming
| | Jammed with unspecified objects or conflicted with the service gear |
|
| C. | Weak, abnormal or failed service of balls | | The transparent cap is not tightly covered
| There is not any ball on the ball tray because the ball is jammed in the left/right ball track (path)
| | The service exit is jammed with a ball or other objects | Ball is wrong size
| | The spring of the service tube is broken |
| | Recover the transparent cap tightly
| Put the ball in the left/right ball track back to the ball tray
| | Check the service exit and remove the jammed ball or objects, if any | Use the international standard BALL (Diameter 40mm)
| Please contact with your local distributor

REMOTE CONTROLLER | D.
| The system does not respond to the remote controller | | The conductive rubber of the remote controller is aging
| Operation under invalid service modes
| Insufficient battery power of the remote controller
| | Remote controller does not aim at the robot head correctly |
| | Please contact with your local distributor
| Please refer to the manual of the remote controller. If problem still exists, contact with your local distributor
| Replace with new battery
| | Aim the remote controller at the robot head |
|
E.
| No display on LCD
| | Insufficient battery power
| Opposite battery polarity
| | LCD breakdown |
| | Replace with new battery
| Check the polar direction of battery
| | Please contact with your local distributor |
